OUR RETURN POLICY

We value your satisfaction with your purchase at Hey Me First. Please take a moment to review our return policy:

Returns Eligibility: We gladly accept returns within a 10-day timeframe. All items must be unused, in their original packaging and will be refunded as STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns requested beyond the 10-day timeframe are not eligible for online store credit and will be considered final sale. 

Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please email support@heymefirst.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RA# to receive store credit.

Timeframe for Returns: Returns requested beyond the 10-day timeframe are not eligible for online store credit and will be considered final sale. Upon receiving your RA#, you have 14 days to ship your return.

Damaged upon delivery: We're happy to replace your items if they arrive damaged. Please email support@heymefirst within 3 days of receiving your items for steps to have your items replaced.

Customer Responsibilities: If you choose to return an item(s) to Hey Me First you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on both the original and return shipments, as well as the return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

Return Process: Upon accepting the returned merchandise, we will process your return within 10 business days. You will be notified via email with a gift card for store credit.

Non-Compliant Returns: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted a refund will not be granted.

Used Items: Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds.
